Delete your PoolMate account

The fastest way — in the app

1. Open PoolMate and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email williamscott701@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my PoolMate account". We'll confirm within 7 days and delete it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, phone number, gender, city, home and work areas
• Your registered cars, including registration numbers
• Every ride you posted and every booking you made
• Your messages with other members
• Your ride history and credit balance

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining credits are forfeited. Rides you have already shared may remain in other members' own ride counts, without your name or any detail identifying you.
